At the end of a lease, it usually comes down to one question. Was it like that when you moved in? KeyReady makes sure you can answer with a photo.

How it works

Four steps. One calm move.

About an hour on move-in day saves weeks of back-and-forth when you leave.

01

Walk it room by room.

KeyReady sets up the usual rooms and what to check in each one: walls, floors, windows, fittings, appliances. Rename, add or remove anything to match your place.

02

Photograph the details.

Snap the marks, chips and stains as you find them. Each photo is stamped with the date and time and filed under the right item, with a short note if you need one.

03

Compare on the way out.

At move-out, retake the same shots and slide between before and after. You'll know what's changed and what was always there.

04

Send one clean report.

Export everything as a tidy PDF with every room, note and photo. Email it to your agent or keep it for your records.

Private by design

Your home stays on your phone.

No account, no sign-up, no cloud you didn't ask for. Your photos and notes live on your device, and they only leave when you share the report yourself.

Small things that save you on the day.

Works offline

Empty houses often have no wifi. KeyReady doesn't need it.

Dated on every photo

Date and time are stamped on each shot and printed in the report.

Move-in and move-out together

Both inspections live in one place, so the comparison is ready when you need it.

Your rooms, your words

Granny flat, sunroom, second toilet. Add whatever your place actually has.

Notes where they matter

Add a line to any item, like "tap drips when fully on", and it travels with the photos.

One tidy PDF

Rooms, items, notes and photos laid out in order, easy for anyone to read.

Price

$9.99

Questions, answered.

Does KeyReady replace the official condition report?

No. Your agent or rental provider still gives you the official report. KeyReady helps you check it room by room, add your own dated photos and notes, and send back a clear record of what you found.

Where are my photos kept?

On your phone. There's no account and nothing is uploaded. Photos leave your device only when you share the PDF yourself.

Does it work in my state?

Yes. KeyReady is built for renters anywhere in Australia. The rooms and checklists are general, and you can edit them to fit your place.

Is this legal advice?

No. KeyReady helps you document the property. If you're in a bond dispute, contact your state or territory's consumer affairs or tenancy body.

When can I get it?

It's coming soon to the App Store and Google Play. Follow @coalabr14 on X or Instagram to hear on launch day.
